In the late 1980’s to early 90’s my Dad, brother and I operated Die-Hard Supply, a small remote control hobby shop and R/C car dirt track in Kewanee, IL. In 1994, my Dad (a lifelong farmer by trade), decided he had had enough with the poor quality graphics he was getting for his large scale model aircraft. So, at the recommendation of a friend, he decided to travel to the suburbs of Chicago to purchase sign making equipment. We came home with a new computer, software, 3 hours of software training, a 15″ vinyl cutter, scanner and some vinyl material.
This was the beginning of Die-Hard Graphics.
My brother and I had no computer experience at all at this time. We started messing up vinyl in an attempt to make this new venture work. We quickly found we could make it happen. It was in the stars, my brother and I had discovered we truly had a knack for it. Dad managed Die-Hard Graphics until I finished college and started my family around 2000; at which time I took over as my brother was on his way to his own career.
Fast forward to today, we have worked on projects big and small. From model aircraft graphics that we have sent all over the world, to van, truck and trailer wraps, all the way to 8′ * 16′ illuminated signage. In late 2022, I decided to get rid of the Die-Hard Graphics name and changed it to simply, Bart Snyder Graphics.
Thank you for looking into Bart Snyder Graphics.
